Tori Deaux, the creator of one of my favorite blogs MindTWEAKS, graciously allowed me to guest post this week. As an avid reader, I wanted to present her with something informative, fun and light – to offset all the sluggishness some of her readers (OK, me) might be feeling after the big holiday here in the States.
