		<description>I have an easier solution: make the penalties for using the cellphone or texting while driving stiffer.  It&#039;s the lack of effective enforcement that creates this permissiveness with deadly consequences.  I even ready studies that some of the extrasensory features available in high-end cars--such as the camera on the side mirrors--creates a dangerous dependency of technology, thus reducing one&#039;s own vigilance.</description>
