Spotlight On Braingle

My favorite site for brain teasers is Braingle.com. It was founded by Jake Olefsky, and it hosts over 17,000 brain teasers, riddles, logic problems, quizzes and mind puzzles which are submitted and ranked by its members.

There’s a trivia section where you can take quizzes on just about any topic you can think of.

Stop by the Mentalrobics area and do some exercises created to improve your memory. Or, head over to the Games section where you can compete with other members for the high score.

Braingle has an extremely active community which includes a message forum, talk boxes which are essentially small private forums for you and your friends, and a live chat.

There are a few different ways to experience the site:

1. You can view it as a guest – just like you are doing here.
2. Sign up as a free registered member so you can submit and vote on site content, track your scores on the memory tests and gain access to the popular multi-player games.
3. Sign up as a paid member so you can enjoy the site ad-free, access the private paid member forum, access special functionality of the games and submit multiple teasers and quizzes at a time.

I just added their Daily Brain Teaser feed to my reader so I can get teasers delivered directly to me. Go check it out and let me know what you think.
