The 6th annual Best Illusion of The Year Contest was held over the weekend, and the top honor went to Kokichi Sugihara – a mathematical engineer from Japan. His illusion? Balls rolling uphill.

I love the surprise factor of optical illusions, so I won’t spoil it with an explanation. Check it out for yourself in the short video below.
